Akorn gets another FDA warning letter, shares slide
Akorn Inc said on Tuesday it received a warning letter from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration regarding its manufacturing facility in New Jersey, the latest in a string of setbacks for the generic drugmaker, sending its shares down nearly 13%.
